First, we will send you an email draft with a PDF attachment for you to check the translated document. This will not be stamped/signed at this stage. This is just a draft and is necessary as sometimes the spelling of names is phonetic or not legible (Russian/Asian, etc.) and needs to be checked by the client. Please reply quickly to the email confirming any changes or no changes. As soon as we receive final confirmation, we send you an email of the scanned signed/stamped translated document and deliver as per the method specified in Step 2 of your order (by email and also by either UK Special Delivery Post, UK Recorded Delivery Post, International Recorded Post, Courier, etc. or just by email according to your choice).

The methods of delivery above (except for email) require signature upon delivery, so in step 2 you may want to specify a delivery address where someone will be present to sign (such as office) if you're not going to be home.
